Axis ace advance payment

I deposited funds into my Axis Ace credit card to make a substantial payment, but I'm currently unable to do so because it's being rejected for security reasons. Since I won't be able to utilize the money anymore, how can I transfer it back to my account or someone else's? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Probably his limit < the amount of the transaction

So he "pre-loaded"

but that doesn't work. because per transaction limit remains same.

I had done the same with SBI and HDFC cards before and it worked. But doesn't with axis sadly. What are my options?

Sorry that i entered the thread late. Axis CC or any bank can take request and credit the surplus to your bank.

Ive experienced the same with axis. But pre payed and made transactions with icici.

Just wanted to reconfirm if it's possible with sbi and idfc first. Because I'm looking to pre pay sbi or idfc to do such transaction.
