Axis ace credit card, Rs 500 cashback from gpay not received

I have applied for Axis ace credit card through gpay in first week of November and got approved on 13 Nov. Card got delivered on 21 Nov. But in gpay, the status is still showing as under review by bank. Due to which I haven't received the rs 500 cashback offered by gpay. I tried to contact gpay customer support several times but no use.
How can I resolve this issue??

You can ask axis to update the status in Google pay app
