Axis Credit Card Axis Ace via Gpay?

tappukepapa

TF Premier
So, i recently got ax*s ace invite on gpay. But i'm bit sceptical weather to apply or wait?
Have no relationship with axis bank. But Rejected two times in past for credit cards.
1. Applied Ax*s My zone in Feb 2023 under LTF, rejected without any kyc or vkyc.
2. Applied Ax*s IOCL in June 2023 under LTF, this also rejeted without any kyc or vkyc.
No, hard enquiry since June 2023 from any bank, so 3 months cooldown is also over, some says 6 months (debatable).
I have 2 years credit history, 100% timely payments, CIBIL is 784, Experian is 824, Crif is 742 (as ax*s has habit of knocking all the credit bureaus for hard enquiry).
I am salaried and can enter office details but don't have any income proof. What salary should i enter for approval? As they mostly don't ask for proof.
Also have cards from top banks. Lengthy post but pls guide, should i apply now or wait? tagging some gurujis here.

No use of waiting, the invite can disappear anytime.
I got ace as my first card from axis.
I had entered self employed and a income of 4L.
Got approval without any verification within 3 days.
I had a savings account with them.

If you really want any Axis CC, having an SB account guarantees most of their CCs , including Ace.
Preferred account is : Liberty account.
Without SB account, it will be a hit and miss case

Don't want to open savings account, just for credit card. And axis with their iconic consolidated charges, hell no. 😉
what about cooldown period? should i wait for six months from last axis application?

I got Ace as my first axis card 3 months ago with legendary limit of 15k (Approved next day of vkyc).. I think 4L+ annual income should be fine.. I don't have SB account and even cibil was 748 and also some late payment marks (due to stupid paylater 2 years ago)

If you don't want to open an SB account just for CC..then it's fine.
But if the reason is for because of consolidated charges, then perhaps you may need to rethink..
I was exactly like you about 3 months ago.
and opened a Liberty account with not much confidence..
Now no complaints from my side.
There is a massive thread about Liberty account , you can go thru that..

Went to PNO level but got the usual reply "internal policies" even after mentioning RBI guidelines related to card rejections.
Hence in this case, I strongly recommend you the " Liberty account " ..
It infact beneficial to have a Liberty account..
For 60k quarterly spends you get Rs 750 .
CC payments also qualified for you 60k milestone..
