Axis Airtel Bescom bill payment

I am unable to pay BESCOM Electricity bill on Airtel app since yesterday as Airtel is unable to pull bill amount.
Amazon is able to pull correct amount but Airtel not working.
Anyone else is facing this? Need to pay bill using Axis Airtel credit card.

Lots of issues with airtel app. Check tomorrow it may work.
Don't expect a response or a quick resolution from airtel

I am facing same issue from yesterday for BESCOM, tried raising issue over help section, but of no use, the airtel customer care sucks.
All other apps, able to fetch bill successfully, only issue with Airtel thanks app 🙁

It happens some times and may last for weeks also. No one knows when this will be fixed.

BESCOM keeps giving such errors on Amazon Pay also. Keep checking... in 1-2 days it should work

Amazon is able to fetch bill without any issues for the same account.

its working now, just paid my bescom electricity bill from airtel thanks app
