Load any wallet for 10.decimal rupees then pay bill for 10rupee post which u can close card
I had such instance with Amex but good thing they closed my card but send courier and mails for giving me back the 50p I never responded

As @Wealth is my birth right! has clearly mentioned , you can try wallet loading with decimal amount.
Else deposit 1 rs in card, they will not ask for any cheque for refunding 75 paise, I have already tried it last year.
