Axis Atlas Edge Miles Not Credited!!

Axis Atlas Edge Miles are not getting credited post 6 July 2024. When I spoke to the customer care, they casually said that there is a technical issue which has impacted multiple users.

This issue will be resolved by 11 Aug only and that I should wait till then.

I am amazed at the casualness of the bank on the matter and how they treat their customers.

Anyone else facing this issue?

Same here....EM haven't been credited for tx since 13th July for me. Worse, they haven't credited a refunded booking of mine since 4th June.

My Axis edge miles are not credited too since 4th July. So is it a problem for most users? And this should resolve by 11th August as someone suggested? Axis customer care and escalation team sucks and they don't usually have a clue

Has anyone received edge miles of late for transactions done after July 10? CC told me last week that EMs will get credited soon. I wasn't given any TAT of 11 Aug as someone posted in this thread, hence the query.

I was facing 4508 last month but later it was resolved and I was able to redeem. Haven’t checked it again.
Do you want me to check?

Edit- I just checked and I was able to proceed with the redemption for Accor.

Same here, no EMs have been credited for any transactions since 25th September, as per customer care it can take up to 90 days 😣
Will definitely cancel this card next year and replace it with Amex trifecta, with so many exclusions and poor customer service, Atlas is not worth it.

Same here. No ems since 29th Oct! Before this EMs have been regular without any issues!
