Axis Atlas ltf incorrect annual fee charged

As the title says... I have been charged an annual fee on my ltf axis Atlas card... However I don't have any written proof for ltf... It was communicated on the call when I had applied for it

Any guidance on how to proceed and get it reversed?

Thanks everyone. I did receive the exact same letter. Unfortunately I didn't keep any proofs as I was not part of the prudent TF Community back then. Anyways we live and learn. Will keep such pics handy going forward.

On my issue spoke to cc etc but no dice. Fee has been charged and paid. Will recover the cost somehow from axis soot samet as I'm a baniya.

For my m4b which is also ltf... How should I get a confirmation... Would just mailing to premium customer care get me the email confirmation?

Great idea... However below are the sms I have received... Yours clearly shows annual fee etc but it doesnt seem to be the case for me

If you are true burgundy customer, & you sourced/converted this M4B card last year during their LTF offer period, no need to have such confirmation. They can't charge annual fees to you. However as others have pointed, you can check SMS/Welcome letter(physical) which will show annual fees as zero for your mind's relaxation.

Okay for my magnus there is a similar sms... Does this suffice as proof or anything else needed to avoid axis chalbazi in the future

Renewal benefit is there if we are in Gold tier according to this right?
So we get 2500 on crossing gold threshold and another 2500 miles on paying annual fee?

Will they convert m4b to chargeable card if you dont maintain balance for Burgundy status
