Axis Bank ACE Card Annual Fee Waiver

I have spent more than 2 Lakh since the card usage i.e., from Sept -22 till now I am getting the annual fee added to my credit card,

• is the amount will automatically be waived off during bill generation?
• do i need to axis support team for the bill waiver.

Today i got to know from customer care that payments (including utilities bills) are not considered for annual fee waiver.. Anyone can confirm it? I can't find any such info on axis ace TnC doc also

So you mean utilities bill payments are going to get considered for annual fee waiver right? Also I am not making these utility payment on gpay but rather other website where the mcc is 4900 and description is utilities payment as confirmed by cc.. So will it be counted towards annual fee waiver?

Payment word is misleading, payment generally indicates inwards transaction, please replace this with transaction 😁.
