I heard Axis bank uses AI or something and if eligibility is not met, AI rejects instantly after submission of credit card application. If eligibility is met it goes into manual mode for human intervention. Axis maybe using AI automation to process tons of card applications

on a serious note, there is no need to introduce AI for a job that can be done by applying filters and formulae in Excel.
