Axis Bank Atlas Credit Card worth it. Query & Discussion

If someone's spend is just 8-10L year (~2-3L on flights) and if they don't want to redeem hotels and only transfer to airmiles, is atlas worth it?

Is there some other card that's better for this purpose?

I just got Atlas from my neo as an upgrade. Would like to know about Add on cards lounge access(domestic and international) - like based on tier of primary card, add on cards also get that number of lounge accesses.

As per Axis, they aren't issuing add on cards for now
