In short (what changed):

- Buy-one-Get-one free movie/non-movie ticket offer on BookMyShow will be discontinued.
- 24*7 complimentary concierge services will be discontinued (seems like no one using it).
- Complimentary airport meet & assist services reduced and/or discontinued.
- Gold/Jewelry, Govt. Services, Utilities not eligible for milestone, normal reward points - nothing.
- Domestic lounge access required 50,000 in previous 3 calendar months.

Axis Bank has announced significant devaluations across all popular credit cards. Here are the key changes

1. **Axis Ace Credit Card**:
- Cashback on other spends reduced to 1.5% from 2%.
- No cashback on utility bills except through GPay app.
- Domestic airport lounge access requires spending Rs.50,000 in the previous 3 calendar months.

2. **Axis Flipkart Credit Card**:
- Cashback on other spends reduced to 1% from 1.5%.
- Domestic airport lounge access requires spending Rs.50,000 in the previous 3 calendar months.

3. **Axis Airtel Credit Card**:
- Monthly cashback limits on Airtel services and gas/water/electricity reduced to Rs.250 from Rs.300.
- Domestic airport lounge access requires spending Rs.50,000 in the previous 3 calendar months.

4. **Axis FreeCharge Credit Card**:
- No cashback on utility bill payments except through FreeCharge app.

These changes will be effective from April 20th, 2024.

I closed my account this month. Will close my mother's account next month. Their services have already degraded. Axis is really rubbing on them.
