With effect from 20th April 2024, the following changes will be applicable on your favourite axis bank credit cards.

In short (what changed):

- Buy-one-Get-one free movie/non-movie ticket offer on BookMyShow will be discontinued.
- 24*7 complimentary concierge services will be discontinued (seems like no one using it).
- Complimentary airport meet & assist services reduced and/or discontinued.
- Gold/Jewelry, Govt. Services, Utilities not eligible for milestone, normal reward points - nothing.
- Domestic lounge access required 50,000 in previous 3 calendar months.

Axis Flipkart and HDFC Tata neu card also give 1.5%. So Ace does not have an upper hand now. I guess 1.5 % is now the max on offline spends.

Yes, just now got the mail. The only good in Axis Ace is 2% offline spends. Now I will close it and use Flipkart card instead. It will give 1.5% anyway and we can spend more to get the annual fee waiver!

They increased min transaction value from 100 to 400. I used to fill for 100 only

For 100 it was loss bcz 10 rs was levied
If u did transaction less than 400.
After 400 its just 1% fuel surcharge .

But for upi yes u r right

AU / IDFC are already taking classes from Axis. If you observe IDFC new cards and AU devaluations 😂

Not a fair comparison. Most IDFC / AU cards are LTF and they dont force ppl to put 10L in deposits. Its like Amex Platinum charging 70K in fees and removing concierge and other things.
Even if AU /IDFC devalue it does not have direct financial impact. In case of Axis ppl keeping 10L for burgundy will move away now.
