In short (what changed):

- Buy-one-Get-one free movie/non-movie ticket offer on BookMyShow will be discontinued.
- 24*7 complimentary concierge services will be discontinued (seems like no one using it).
- Complimentary airport meet & assist services reduced and/or discontinued.
- Gold/Jewelry, Govt. Services, Utilities not eligible for milestone, normal reward points - nothing.
- Domestic lounge access required 50,000 in previous 3 calendar months.

what is the proceedure to cancel axis CC. My card anniversary date is april 17th. When we cancel the CC, do we loose access to the ER points as well? I have about 1LER points. I do have a savings account with axis.

This is sad. I was offered FYF to merely open Imperia, but they were not getting onboard with LTF.
One thing to notice is that in my case the branch was new.
So you can get FYF, just have to find the right branch, look for new ones especially and away from markets (The branch with a lot of current account does not care much).

For LTF, I am still looking for it without getting onboard with insurance products.

Devalued Massively. Minimum order amount for Swiggy and BB is now 1,000 and 3,000 respectively.
And usual BMS discontinued and Lounge access with 50k spends.

Ye to basically card ko maar hi daala. ₹1000 ka khana ghar pe kaun order karta hai unless having an occasional party! Reckless product changes!
