In short (what changed):

- Buy-one-Get-one free movie/non-movie ticket offer on BookMyShow will be discontinued.
- 24*7 complimentary concierge services will be discontinued (seems like no one using it).
- Complimentary airport meet & assist services reduced and/or discontinued.
- Gold/Jewelry, Govt. Services, Utilities not eligible for milestone, normal reward points - nothing.
- Domestic lounge access required 50,000 in previous 3 calendar months.

Don't talk too much with customer care unless you want to waste your time.
People here are more knowledgeable.

And unless you want to risk multibrand vouchers worth 6250 ( corresponding to your 30k ER) get Privilege card asap and encash your ER.

After 20th, Multibrand vouchers and double rate encashment for Privilege, most probably, won't be available

Bhai, mei bhi naya hoon But I’ve learnt that yahan jo pravachan milta hai uska ek ek shabd dhyaan se padho.

Dont activate Si: it means wait till 20th and see if Multi Brand vouchers still available. If yes then activate it. Else leave it deactivated and close privilege as well.
