In short (what changed):

- Buy-one-Get-one free movie/non-movie ticket offer on BookMyShow will be discontinued.
- 24*7 complimentary concierge services will be discontinued (seems like no one using it).
- Complimentary airport meet & assist services reduced and/or discontinued.
- Gold/Jewelry, Govt. Services, Utilities not eligible for milestone, normal reward points - nothing.
- Domestic lounge access required 50,000 in previous 3 calendar months.
- and more..

You need to check the individual brands..
If there is less online presence of that brand, they obviously allow offline etc..

1) General processing time to get AIrtel Axis is about 10 to 15 days.. yes .. before May1 the exisitng rules apply
2)50K spend not the last quarter, it is in the last 3 months (i.e. rolling 3 months).. that is AXES for you .. Kaching !!! 😉

I was checking this t&c in the pdf shared in OP thread. Looks like newly issued card owner should be able to use lounge access till 30th June without any such restrictions. Any way to check if visit it going to be paid or complementary while swiping the card @ lounge?
