Sadly yes, a 30k CC has a 50K spend criteria for last 3 months vs 5K for burgundy dc in the previous month.

Sorry for my ignorance, but could anyone specify if there's any spend based criteria for International lounge on the regular Burgundy DC (not private). For domestic, there's 5k in previous quarter but what about for international?

Asking as I've an upcoming trip abroad and I've never accessed an international lounge.
If possible I'd like to use the burgundy for me (cardholder) and my brother (guest).
Can we see eligible lounges somewhere?

Yes but only one time charge, no need to pay next month. Pay Rs89 using UPI Autopay and cancel immediately from your UPI app Autopay setting.

I just did today. They aren't even aware of this benefit. I told them about the 25th November email, which lists benefits applicable from 25th December. They are absolutely clueless and repeatedly said
"Sir you will get international lounge access within India."

The email clearly says - at select airport lounges outside India. I'm not sure what the disconnect is, but it's sad.

My useless Burgundy RM doesn't know anything about this. Neither does customer care.

If anyone knows, please shed some light.

1. Is there some spend criteria for the "airport lounge outside India"?

2. How can I check if my card is applicable?

3. What's the process of accessing? Just swipe or is there some hoi, tfs and adani One equivalent outside India where we can fill our card details online and check.

4. How to take a guest alongside?
