Axis ioc rupay now works on BHIM. I had trouble adding for several days and today I was able to add it. Yet to try a transaction.

I added Axis IOCL Rupay card in Paytm-UPI but the transactions failed. Said - card/mobile no. not found.
Probably should resolve in a few days.
I tried a test transaction for 1 rupee and it works. It did not work yesterday and got same error as yours.

Yeah, I faced this too. Customer care said that it should be resolved before 1st May, but very next day I got a successful transaction.
Unfortunately, I've only had 1 successful transaction with my Axis IOCL on BHIM. Every time after that transaction is failing with the error, "PARTICIPATING PSP DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS VERSION".
Anyone else facing this issue?

Are you guys who also have magnus getting magnus equivalent ER by paying other card bills through iocl rupay card upi?
I have Magnus and ioc. I get Magnus equivalent transfer ratio for ioc card. That is around 16% rate for fuel. Did not try for UPI.
Is there any advantage of iocl for fuel if you have magnus? Can't you use magnus for fuel?
I use magnus in shell pumps and getting Edge Rewards since all my fills are above 4k
If you use axis ioc in any bunk (not just ioc), we get 20 ER for every 100 spent. This will give 16 ITC points or 16 Accor points. Accor points is worth 1.8 rupees. So we get 28.8 rupees of hotel currency. That means we get around 28% returns on fuel if we use axis at any fuel station
Note: Max per month is 4K spend in axis ioc card for fuel. Surcharge is waived. GST won’t be waived.
We can use Magnus using Fastag to get full ER points and zero surcharge.

I got a SMS message from Axis Bank couple of days back, "Due to a technical glitch, kindly re-register your Axis Bank RuPay Credit Card on your UPI app for uninterrupted transactions. Regret the inconvenience caused."
Try to delete your card from the app and add it again. This worked for me. Now all my transactions are going through successfully.
Is it excluded for fuel for less than 4k? And this 4k has to be in single or multiple transactions?
Single at one swipe it should be
My tank gets full in 3.5k only as its a diesel vehicle. So i'll use the trick shared by @VijayflyRaven of icici fastag instead. Thanks anyways
Try another merchant. The UPI Id might be black listed.
