Axis Bank charged auto debit charges

My April bill was due on 7 th April but I paid my bill on 9 th April
But axis Bank charged me for failded auto debit charges .
I messaged them on Twitter but they are saying that they are auto debit charges and they can't do anything about it .
Can anyone help me regarding this ??
 
Yes.. Mail to PNO they will refund the amount but Not GST
 
As a One time Exemption they will provide Charges Reversal

Have you set auto debit from your account but didn't maintain balance for automatic payment? How much is the charges?

For auto debit it’s system initiated amount action either min due or full amount due as per our set up it debits
If no funds it’s treated like a cheque return in banks and charges are added on it
On due date ur account balance if it was sufficient then it’s not ur fault u can even take it to ombudsman if Axis bank won’t reverse it

His balance wasn't sufficient.. For sure
