AXIS BANK CLOSE FLIPKART AXIS CC FOR COMMERCIAL USE

when i try to place an order today on Flipkart using my axis Flipkart CC
it declined 2 times
so call customer care to know the reason for transaction declined
customer care inform the CC is permanently close by the AXIS bank under commercial usage reason
i not received any email earlier like other mentioned here to prove the high usage of the axis credit card

PAN remains same. They can easily detect it if they don't want to offer you cards anymore.

I have sbi cashback credit card. They are giving flat 5% for most of the merchant. For few they have mentioned it will be 1%

yes but there is limit on cashback you can get everymonth while on Flipkart Axis there is no limit

one card closure is not a big deal the can take the card on there parents name or brother sister this is a entry level card .

Just applied for Flipkart Axis again on my name using different mobile number and email on flipkart app and VKYC done

My card also closed citing I spent around 225000 from November 2024 till date in 17 transactions, never crossed 10 transactions in any month, cashback is around 2500-4000 per month, all purchases are from Flipkart, Shopsy. Some commercial purchases are there but mostly personal like groceries, clothes, laptop, electronics, gas stove etc, sent a mail not to block the card, they asked invoices, shared invoices too, waiting for their decision

if all are genuine purchase and can be justified or normal person can spend like that then it can be unblock
