What is the actual cooldown period for Axis Bank credit cards?
Someone says it's 6 months, someone 3 months.
Can anybody confirm?

Those who are getting repetitive rejections & a salaried one, please try to re-apply after 6 months via the offline process providing salary slips. Your process must be slower than the online process still you will get the card if your CIBIL+Salary Criteria are positive. It worked for me as well as for my friend. We both were facing multiple rejections through Axis. Recently, applied through the offline process & voila!

Yes. In this scenario offline works. Same experience with HDFC 👍

Only for Axis :-
if your card was rejected due to CIBIL, then 6 months
if due to insufficient documents, 3 months or you can re-open the application with correct documents, in some cases
if you have an account, within 15 days.
Normally, they have more strict rules for Non-Account holders. And very lenient rules for Account Holders.
