Hello TF community,

Has anyone tried to apply Axis bank card in recent time?

I can’t proceed after this step (see screenshot)!!

Basically nothing is happening while clicking “Next”

Have you tried using different browsers or different devices?

My friend recently applied an Axis Credit Card he didn't faced any issues but the application got rejected though.

Not sure what’s happening there!!!
Tried with multiple browsers and even from axis app!!!

Try entering a random Referral Code there. Does that make any difference?

I had the same issue while applying for NEO card recently. I refreshed twice or thrice and tried it again. Then it worked. Try using different browsers or clear your cache.

Maybe just try doing it via online agent. That might help your case.

He mentioned he tried from the Axis app as well. Still didn't worked. Strange

I had the same issue while applying for NEO card recently. I refreshed twice or thrice and tried it again. Then it worked. Try using different browsers or clear your cache.

Tried in incognito mode (same as cache deletion)… didn’t work either

May be some technical issue

Tried chrome and safari also
From pc and mobile
From app also

I would have requested you guys to try this but I’m not sure whether this is the very last step or not

If it’s the last step and it worked for you, then the card would be applied inadvertently

I guess then it’s some technical error. Wait for a day or two and reapply. Or try via online agents for applying.

Yes, I too faced this exact problem. Wrote to PNO, they wrote back, suggestion didn't work, they told to update number via app and try again. Haven't tried yet
