Axis Bank credit card apply on call customer care

I have a little doubt, if during any credit card life time free offer campaign of Axis Bank, if the customer care is called and applied for that credit card then will that card be life time free? And if a credit card application is made by calling customer care, is the civil report check or hard inquiry done?

Yes they allow card on call.
They will downgrade but before that they will persuade you to continue with existing card. They may even reverse joining fees.

Keep trying, and if you manage to connect with the right person, they might be able to assist you with your downgrade request.

They will do both. I got mine Indian Oil rupay cc on call only, however he was asking me why are you downgrading your card, i told him that i am not downgrading my card, rather want third card with out getting affected my previous cards....he agreed, and applied IOCL card for me and with in next 3 days, i got my cc!!!🙂

I called and requested for additional card(flipkart), he sent consent message and asked me to accept. I did but not received any confirmation message neither he can see in his system. Is the procedure right or am i missing something. Will this trigger cibil hit?

The procedure is correct, and this is how it works if you apply for a card over a phone call. Now, you have to wait. If you have given your consent, it will not impact your CIBIL score.

After providing consent executive said he can see nothing in the system, And sent message one more time to accept, i said i already did and will wait for few days before accepting any new consent.

it's not like that. It will be treated as additional preapproved card.And it approved instantly on call with just a SMS. Open the link submit otp and card approved.

But their system is having issues or else it would have been completed within few minutes. So, I think it's better to wait now.

Earlier request was not processed, Today card generated immidiately and reflecting in the app. Instead of applying online and getting multiple CIBIL hits this is easy way. And also no fear of rejection. Thank You

Why would I settle for a paid card when it's being offered to others as a LTF option? Besides, they aren't providing me with a separate credit limit for the other card; it will be shared with my Magnus. I don't understand their logic, but I want a lifetime free IOCL Card from Axis. 😂

Since my Flipkart card is issued with aggregate limit, Can i close the existing select card without effecting the limit and flipkart card. Please advise.

6 lakhs, I don’t want to pay select card renewal fees as it is not so useful for me.
