Hello! I started facing an error while logging into Internet Banking today. It says "Login disabled since your customer ID is suspended." I contacted customer care who said there were multiple customer IDs registered under my name, which cannot be right because that savings account is the only relationship I have with Axis. They're telling me to go to the branch and get a 'cluster ID' after merging all the accounts, which is obviously an absolutely stupid thing to do when I know for a fact that none of the other accounts could possibly be mine. I've spoken to the BM, too, and he only keeps asking me if I have any loans and stuff) (which I do not) without any other resolution. Any suggestions on what to do?
