Axis Bank is declining to provide reason for credit card application rejection despite sharing the RBI directive in https://m.rbi.org.in//Scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=4379&Mode=0
I am unable to find the option in RBI CMS ( https://cms.rbi.org.in/rbi/vividflow/run/rbi?language=Auto#RBI Home Layout ) to complain as credit section doesn't have application related sub section.
Has anyone been able to raise such a complaint with RBI?
