Axis bank Flipkart card -payment in USD from India for CFA level 1

I want to pay CFA fees in USD from India online from my axis bank Flipkart credit card of 1520 usd equivalent to 124500(APX)

Is there any charges apart from 3.5%+18%=4.13% markup fees plus gst

I have another option i.e. pay through invoice means bank transfer using SWIFT for which i have sbi and hdfc bank only which is better
