Axis Bank Pathetic Customer Service

I applied for the airtel axis credit card last night..
Application got rejected 🙁
Called customer care today morning related to rejection reason, they said "Cibil score is the rejection reason"(Although mu cibil score is 751). I told them my cibil is good, they said no worries, go to nearest branch open tell them to open credit card against fd even if I don't have any savings account with them, I confirmed twice that will I get airtel CC against FD, he replied, "Yes, according to the bank's internal guidelines, one can get any variant of CC against fd".
I was excited, went to the branch told them to open standalone FD, they said,

Employee 1- Open a Zero balance account then generate CRN, then create FD then apply for fd against CC. On insisting, he said that standalone FD can can created but will take 48hrs, then he asked to his colleague in the office.

Employee 2- You can only open FD if you have a savings account thereafter apply for CC , being frustrated from the dis-similarities in the statement, I went to branch manager.

Branch manager - Open FD instantly online, no worries. I said, "I want CC against FD". He said, I think you cannot get CC against FD as such (Even he was not knowing the system)

Employee 4- We'll open an FD of yours but only myzone CC would be provided to you. I told that customer care told that we can get airtel CC against FD, he denied.
I called customer care in front of him, the customer care team instantly changed their statement and said that I can get iocl, myzone, Easy CC only against FD.
Being confused and frustrated, I left the branch.

What should I do now? Mail to nodal officer to get my airtel CC approved or re-apply after 6 months, Because branch employees are ineligible of being in the office.

Maybe you can wait for jio to launch their cc.
 
Tip- Better to apply with airtel sim, my friend applied recently and got it approved 🙂
Some times they rejected initially but later u wil get call from axis agent to do kyc happened with axis Ace card may b they r not taking online applications through vkyc that's the reason
 
Replying to nodal all is no use all are a bunch of same flock of birds. But u can try your luck . Axis customer care is worst from beginning still they have notmlearnt it as they take middle and lower customers for granted and arrogant. They themselves do no abt many offers and ways to help.
