Axis bank refused welcome points on samsung infinite

Hi i have been refused 30000 edge reward points on samsung infinite card today stating that i have issued second time


Problem is that this card was issued on 2 december 2024 after calling burgundy helpline and informing them that i have closed this card previously he said no problem u will get 30000 points on 5900 fees

Than i asked him to issued the card i have all conversation on record also. Now bank has completely refused to give me edge points what can i do now should i approach rbi or legal litigation

Axshit did this all time.

I had got an email regarding once in lifetime rewards for all cards, I think they implemented it in wrong way that for once you join and get a single benfit you will never get any other card benefit.

Closed all relationship from axshit.
