Are you planning to convert the LTF cashback to LTF Atlas? I checked with customer care for conversation for my migrated Citi cards and they said it cannot be done for now.

Yes, that's the plan. Customer care do not bend the rules. Most of the time it is upto the branch to take some extra steps to retain the customers with the branch. I will keep you posted.

And a person should only really be getting the Atlas if they can comfortably spend 7.5lk a year anyway. Otherwise a cash back card would be better suited for them.

Yes, trying to commit to Infinia this year. So most of the spends will go there. Infinia is my cashback card this year! 😛

You will be eligible for all the cards of Axis except Burgundy Private card. The only special card you will get access to by burgundy account will be Magnus for Burgundy. Rest all the cards you can get.

if I open a burgundy account they will give select card as Ltf after that I link my mother,father and brother to burgundy family account then they all are eligible for select card ??

I am not sure about the LTF cards with burgundy status. You will have to talk to BM for that.

You can directly meet the BM and ask him that if you will give me so and so card LTF. I will open the burgundy account.

However my personal experience is very bad. I have applied for the burgundy account. It has been 10 days and still they haven’t been able to open the account. They don’t have any knowledge of the credit cards also. God knows if and when I will get my burgundy Magnus card.

I don't consider Select any good card to have. Before opening the account you should negotiate with the branch if they will be able to provide you with a certain card with the burgundy account.

Like you told I have seen many threads that select is not very good. In that case which other card to ask for? Is Atlas higher than Select?

Yes atlas is one step upper and better than normal magnus as compared for non burgundy users.

If you are happy with the features of Select, then considering everyone in the family will get the Burgundy status, they will all be eligible for Select card.

When you click the Apply option, you will be presented with lot more options to choose from. Neo is also an LTF card and equally useless

Recently opened “True” burgundy axis account. Tried for 3 weeks for Atlas ltf, nothing came out of it. RM came after 3 weeks saying Atlas ltf and Magnus ltf have been discontinued with burgundy now.

The RM need to add some efforts on getting the card LTF. Nothing is impossible. Although I haven't pushed RM much as I don't plan on getting Atlas right now. Already have Magnus Burgundy when it was offered LTF.

I have already opened account now. Should I leverage FDs and Demat account opening to get atlas ltf?
I anyways keep fds and use demat account.
