Hello All!

Has anyone gotten the Axis burgundy private credit card? Also called "the one card" by axis. Its given to Axis burgundy private clients.

It's supposed to act as a 3 in 1 card. Credit, debit and forex. They've listed out a bunch of features on their website. Adding a link below.

I would like to hear from anyone who has the card and their experience so far. Is it worth getting the card?

It's a credit card that functions as a 3 in 1.

If you use it as a debit card, you withdraw money from your credit limit. There's a certain amount which can be withdrawn based on your overall credit limit.

If it's used as a forex card, again the spend is from your credit limit. There are no forex transaction or markup charges. Its supposed to charge the live rate for the day as you swipe.

What do u want to know exactly? There are cards like IDFC wow which will allow free ATM withdrawal and zero forex charges

So technically there is nothing different. Only advantage is that this card will give reward rate of 6% if coupled with Magnus Burgundy. That is unique

Other features such as luxury airport drops etc are removed now

If you already have 5cr with Axis then it is worth taking for convenience… otherwise no big deal

How do you couple this card with magnus burgundy?

Airport drops? Didn't follow

Magnus Burgundy credit card allows transfer of all points to airmiles / hotel programs in 5:4 ratio. Without MB card, default ratio is 5:2

Earlier till May, this card had 8 complimentary airport drops or pickups via luxury car per year. This feature is removed since May

I got the card recently. Axis Burgundy Private. Closed my Axis Reserve and got this instead.
This is a free card for me in lieu of being a Burgundy Private client.
Nothing different from Axis Reserve except points transfer are in 5:4 ratio. Golf benefits (which I don't use); memberships in various hotels (which I already have thanks to AMEX Plat Charge) and Meet/Greet services - which I don't use since I usually fly business class going abroad and there are separate quick counters at airline check in/ immigration/ BC lounge.
Took this card because Amex acceptance low; low forex and transaction charges; better reward points on international transactions.
I consider it a no cost card alternative to my Amex card which I use primarily.

Yeah, no forex charges. I really don't know and neither use all the benefits of my cards. Most of my spends are on credit cards. I get points. I use them to book/upgrade airline tickets or upgrade hotel rooms. Nothing else. Even if they charge me here or there- doesn't matter. Just collect points and use it for airlines/hotels.

Are you maintaining 5cr TRV? Any downgrades or card becoming chargeable if we don't maintain? This seems better option than m4b which is 38k now if this is being given LTF

Since I keep moving cash between bank account, demat, business - don't know how long I will be able to maintain.

hi what is the limit of one card , and dose they give saperate limit for one card as u have already axis card.
