U won't believe, they marked my RBL card as LOST

Delhivery is shit, today my card showing out for delivery till 6pm no-one contacted with me then i called that executive delhivery mentioned on product page
he said that he doesn't have parcel on my name. Then i told him why delhivery is showing your number instead of real executive guy he was like idk openly told his name and said " isiliye nam bta diye ki aap delhivery me bat kar lijiye"- aur yaha hum soch me pad gye ki delhivery se bat kaise kare?

TF? I searched everywhere not found email or number for complain😵‍💫
