I just need a small suggestion. I requested for my Myzone card to be closed in October last year, and it was closed in the same month. However, it's still showing as active in my CIBIL report. When I reached out to Axis Bank, they told me that my card had a .30 excess amount and that's why it's showing as active. They asked me to wait for another 5 days for the correction. My question is, should I approach the RBI bank ombudsman to complain about this.?
