Axis Magnus axis card usage reporting to income tax department

guys i have few doubts,
1. when does axis report to income tax(like end of the month or after bill generation)
2.is that good to pay (before bill generation or before end of the month)? any usefull
3.i heard so much about that pay before bill generation or before end of the month ,by doing this you will be safe from getting notice from income tax department, i dont know what is true or false?
i need clarity how does this all works.

1. if you cross 10l/year then they report
2.whatever u wish have no impact [pay before bill gen or later]
3. wrong info nothing like that happen paying bill has nothing to [only missing bills will impact cibil no role ot income tax]
