Axis CC auto debit deactivation

Hi,

I am unable to deactivate auto debit for my axis bank credit card. Whenever I give mpin to deactivate auto debit it says "You are not eligible for Auto debit Deactivation"

Can someone please help?

If not working on app try in net banking if not also then call cc
