Axis CC not showing in Axis App or Internet Banking

1st week of Sep i applied for Axis MyZone CC. CC application is approved and completed verification process and CC delivered but it's not showing in app. CC section is empty, Tried all possible solutions but none of them worked (Reinstalled app after few days after setting CC Pin, Contacted customer care,etc) it's more then week now after receiving CC. I already have account in axis. Customer care keep on saying "No CC found under customer id, Do provide customer id linked to CC". Currently getting limits info through WhatsApp banking. Any suggestions!

Check and match customer ID linked to your My Zone CC with that of savings account. To get customer ID for particular CC, SMS "CUSTIDCC XXXX" [replace X by card's last 4 digits]...

Check and match customer ID linked to your My Zone CC with that of savings account. To get customer ID for particular CC, SMS "CUSTIDCC XXXX" [replace X by card's last 4 digits] to 56161600 from registered mobile number. If both turn out to be different ask customer care (or visit branch) to merge them.

Checked it's different for Axis A/C and Credit Card.

This is the issue. They issued a new Cust ID. You need to get it merged (I ain't sure about this, but I guess if you want, you can create a new login for the credit card with the new Cust ID). But merging would be better since you can get it all on the same login.

Update: Contacted axis customer care through chat. Explained about the issue and raised service request to merge both customer ID's.
Update: Now CC is showing in axis app and net banking. Issue resolved after 2 weeks.
Glad it went smooth after figuring out where is the issue.
