1st week of Sep i applied for Axis MyZone CC. CC application is approved and completed verification process and CC delivered but it's not showing in app. CC section is empty, Tried all possible solutions but none of them worked (Reinstalled app after few days after setting CC Pin, Contacted customer care,etc) it's more then week now after receiving CC. I already have account in axis. Customer care keep on saying "No CC found under customer id, Do provide customer id linked to CC". Currently getting limits info through WhatsApp banking. Any suggestions!
