Axis charges against RBI guidelines, Axis received the maximum complaint last year!

Hi, I have been using multiple cards, out of which cards 3 cards are there. On Ace card, where my due date was 7th of July, I paid remaining bill on 10th of July but they have charged me debit interest+ gst.
And this is wrong and against rule of RBI where within 3 grace period they can not put penalty or report to bureau. I have multiple emails to PNO and MD desk, but nothing helpful.

I need your help and guidance on how to take forward.

On 4th September, 30 days are over.

If I write to RBI, how much percentage chance it will not rejected? In which way I should write the complaint?

Is there any other way/ solution is there

Thank you so much for your time

Sourabh

So should I file a complaint to rbi or not? Thanks
U weren't charged with Late fee right? If yes then banks can charge interest+gst after due date is over .
Banks are not liable to refund these interest charges, however u may try ur luck, may be as onetime gesture axis might refund after complain to RBI, but chances are less.

You will not be charged a late payment fee. However, since the payment was made after the due date , you will be charged interest on the outstanding amount from the date of purchase.
