Axis Credit card Grabdeal portal

Can you little brief about your M&S shopping process , may be this gives us more proper way to do the same , I am not getting any messages .
I also get such type of message when ever transacted through gd. Go to grabdeal section under internet banking or app, varrify your number and select any of your cards, proceed, choos point or cb, proceed, you will land on the desired shopping platform.... now already your cart shouldn't have the item you wish to order, search the item and add to cart and check out... the purchase will be recorded successfully.

One more thing, we have to do this in same Tab but sites like amazon opens a new tab for each product we click on.
 
I have received the msg only for M&S transaction as o now. I have made 2 transactions though, the other one was on IGP. Dont have any hope to receive points on IGP one 🙁 . Msg for m&s came after 36 hr.
