I had saving account mapped to x mobile number which was closed in 2020.
In 2023 i Procured 1 axis credit cards which mapped to y number as i closed x in 2021.
In 2024 i got offer to apply for additional credit card. But when I tried to apply axis was sending otp to x number. So i reached out to pno their they asked me to get number updated agains customer id.
I submitted the form to nearest branch and they updated the mobile number.
Today i opened salary account with axis and got it mapped to same Customer id with y mobile number. In axis app/internet Banking everywhere number y is mentioned.
But when I try to perform any operation such as add payee or modify Transaction limit it sending otp to x number again
I dropped mail to pno again with screenshot and also posted on x.com waiting for axis reply/call .
Anyone faced this issue? Suggestions to solve this will be very helpful
