Axis Edge Miles Missing After Today's Axis Upgrade

Today in Axis Travel Edge I saw that they were updating the website for long time. Now when I check it shows 0 edge miles instead of 2000+ miles I had yesterday!!!
Any idea what has happened? Anybody else facing this issue?

Yes. I was seeing this message till today evening. Few minutes ago site was up again and then I checked my account.
I have no idea why they again went to this screen!!

 

Reward points portal is not working because they have to add the CitiBank points

 

But in any case you are not suppose to keep idle edge miles or edge points.
You never know when they would be blocked

 

There in some kind of huge upgrade should be back by 17 to be normal it seems

I thought everyone received same SMS yesterday.

 

Holding 3 axis credit cards. Didn't even receive a single intimation.

 

I’ve been trying to transfer miles since yesterday and getting this error.
When I’m trying to re-add ALL membership id I’m getting the error that this id is already linked with other account. Anyone else facing similar issue?
