Axis EDGE Reward Points on Closure of One of Many Cards

I have 3 Axis Bank Credit Cards - Flipkart, Privilege & Select. All the EDGE Reward points I have earned are only from my Select card. If I were to close my Select card without redeeming, then will all the points expire? Or can I continue to redeem them in the future since I still have other Axis cards?

This is pretty weird. I had privilege card as well and closed it too. But didn't face such issue. I redeemed them as airmiles after around 1.5 months of card closure.
