That's a rare phenomenon. Customer care or CC dept can't do it by asking. All u can do is convince ur RM or BM if u have a good relationship . C2c they won't convert it. U have to provide income proof and they will take ur application but still depends on CC department.
I heard that Some people do converted their secured CC to unsecured CC by contacting their Rm in bank I think you must use it atleast a year
