Axis Flipkart card not getting 4% on Swiggy (UPDATE: Got cashback from PNO!)

Can someone take a look at this statement and tell me if I am missing something?

Everything that says "BUNDL TECHNOLOGIES" below is actually Swiggy. However, for every transaction I have gotten only 1.5% ???

Additionally, on 04/12/2023 there is a BUNDL TECHNOLOGIES PVT transaction, "DEPT STORES" for Rs. 656, for which I have received Rs. 26 which is 4%

I don't understand the above. Axis bank's customer care says "BUNDL is not SWIGGY" , so I will get 1.5% , which seems like a downright fraud because everything BUNDL is actually swiggy. But according to axis bank customer care logic, BUNDL TECHNOLOGIES PVT should also get 1.5%, but there I have received Rs. 26 for Rs. 656

The above is just in the PDF statement received in the email. However, in the web UI it does say SWIGGY

Take a look at the following -

The first charge in the statement for Rs. 829 looks like this 1702920751751.png where it clearly says BUNDL TECHNOLOGIES P, WWW.SWIGGY.IN, IN

Similarly, the last transaction for Rs. 364 looks like this 1702920788533.png so they _know_ it is Axis.

Don't judge, but as you can see there's a lot of Swiggy transactions in there. Yeah in theory I can get a different card, go for one of the 10% swiggy cards or whatever, but for now this is what I have. I have had the flipkart card for a while now, wonder how much I have been losing ?

Anyone else see this behavior? Is this another one of "will get in the next statement" shenanigans?

Worry not mate, you too are a victim of the MCC game.
The transaction even tho geniune but the name is BUNDL so it changes the MCC and therefore you got 1.5% and not 4%
You can mail to the PNO and ask them to credit the correct cashback nothing else can be done at this moment.
Pls do keep us updated regarding the reply/solution you get

BUNDL TECHNOLOGIES PVT , Where you received 4% is a direct txn on swiggy or via Cred ?

lol ok, thank you. Yeah I definitely am planning on mailing PNO

Everything is directly on Swiggy via credit card.

But txns via Cred will give 10%.

Merchant name ka issue nhi hai, issue hai, MID and MCC se Cashback decide hota woh Axis ke records m nhi hai against that Txn in which 10%/4% is not given

I have no idea how they got Rs. 338 though, but it's more than what I calculated so I am good 😀
