I have 2 credit card of axis Bank, can I take axis Flipkart as 3rd card from calling to customer care.

That calling & ordering was stopped by axis as it was violation of RBI master guidelines.
Nevertheless, you can give a try as we never know axis changing colours. You can also apply new & get it

Initiate chat support and ask them if you are eligible for FK card. If yes, ask them to apply. They will share a consent link, click on it, enter OTP to give consent, you will get your card

Directly applying from FK app is the easiest way amd approval will be almost guaranteed as you already hold axis cards provided your last application was more than 3 months old..
It's better to apply co-branded cards directly from the Brand itself
