My Axis card is added but pin is not getting set.

Do you get points for normal upi payments with this card?

For UPI payment, it gives 1 RP per Rs 100.

Yeah. As it's fuel card, normal RP would be pathetic. It is more beneficial if you hold HNI club as the RP will be clubbed and redeemable for hotel/airlines FFP.
