IMO you can upgrade to Flipkart card via phone banking instantly without cibil hit

My cousin has a Axis Flipkart card with 75k limit since 2 years and thinking to get a fuel card. Cust Care rejected both limit enhancement on axis Flipkart and even request for changing it to iocl card or for a new card
