Hi,
I have an Axis IOCL rupay credit card with an annual fee of 500rs. I have an offer to upgrade it to Axis neo rupay LTF credit card.
I don't have any any other rupay card except the existing axis IOCL. I use this as my primary mode of payment including paying my utility bills, rent and other offline merchant transactions.
I don't use quick commerce frequently. And I don't have car/bike to actively spend on fuel 😅. I was very eager to get a rupay card a year ago hence, got Axis IOCL.
I have the following queries:
1. I also have an offer to upgrade to Axis Myzone rupay card with an annual fee of 500rs. Should I upgrade to neo LTF or myzone?
2. If Myzone is better than neo, Is it possible to convert this Myzone offer to LTF?
3. I recently purchased a tv from an offline store using my axis IOCL card but no rewards points were credited. Could anyone help me out here?
