Axis IOCL no points received science march 23

Axis IOCL cc used to provide reward with in 7-10 days earlier but since march 2023 still the date no point credited on iocl fuel transaction
Anybody else facing same problem?

I haven't received any edge rewards since Feb.

Have mailed the PNO but they give the same boilerplate response that we're looking into it.

Regret applying for this stupid card.

Getting the same escalated to PNO but no response

For txn of jan feb, I escalated to PNO and it was resolved but the txn of march, the points are not credited. I raised to MD desk. They gave me the date but still points are not credited.

It seems axis is only interested in crediting points for magnus, reserve and burgundy private.

Update:- Received points for recent transactions done on Axis IOCL.

Got this card around 1st April, did one transaction at IOC pump, it was non Axis PoS machine, made the billing cycle to 15th. Got the bill with the transaction marked as FUEL, and got the 250 cashback as well. I guess going forward, would get points also.
