Axis is not updating the exact limit in Experian like HDFC.

The max used limit is taken as highest credit limit & that's why my Experian Score was continuously declining.

Also they're not updating regularly to Experian as they do regularly to CIBIL.

Don't know if it's Experian's or Axis's error exactly.

This might be yours problem too, check detailed report.

Update: Now limit is updated to exact same after I reported error to Experian.

Btw, I haven't heard back from them but it's updated now in latest report 😂.

Probably it was Experian 's mistake I guess.

But on Experian official, utilisation in below average, you can see 🤔.

However Experian score doesn't matter to most of the issuers. Your CIBIL report should be fine. That's all is needed.

But in future when I apply premium cards 😜 from even Axis, they might decline.

I can see limit coz it was issued before February. They haven't updated the report after that. That's why your credit limit and utilisation section is showing irregularities. Don't worry, it'll get resolved whenever they update the report. Even my enhanced limit isn't updated which happened on March.

Experian.in is not updating latest report, if you want latest Experian report then message Experian WhatsApp support to get latest report over email.

How did you report it?
There is no option to report incorrect credit limit in dispute section.
