Axis issued 2 Magnus Cards | Impact on CIBIL?

Hi,
I applied for Magnus in September. An executive came to collect my documents, I was later told that thete was some issue with my documents and another executive came to collect documents.
Eventually, I somehow got 2 Magnus cards. I didn't activate the second one and called customer support and told them to take whatever step necessary so I don't have to pay for the second card and it doesn't affect my credit score. They assured me that a normal cancellation should suufice.
Now the second card is showing up in my credit report. What can I do?

Nothing will happen with CIBIL, it will be automatically removed once Axis close second card.

same happened.
I have Fk card only. but my cibil has reflected two credit cards that one also I had cancel at last match 2022(secured CC). so I talk with executive about this issue that it is cibil fault. so do you complaint raise

Hi, I have not been charged and am not too worried about it. My concern is more around CIBIL score.
When credit card itself will be deactivated, bank has no right to report 2 cards to cibil and definitely be corrected in cibil.. If not you can always raise a request. I'll let others give their take on this
