Hello guys. I have an Axis liberty account and have done credit card bill payment through cheq and shopping from flipkart to complete the milestone but haven't received the voucher so i called axis customer support and they say you are not eligible. Bill payment doesn't count neither amazon/ flipkart spends counts only offline qr payments and offline shopping counts. I said its not mentioned in the terms and conditions but he never agreed. He transferred his call to his senior and this senior officer said the same. I said him that the terms and conditions doesn't have mcc for utility payments it only has mcc for wallet load government services fuel etc but he said these mcc are same for wallet loads and utility payments you can confirm it by mailing our support. I have seen many guys here getting vouchers on cc bill payments than what's the problem with mine?
